Małgorzata Żak, a painter and set designer with a large output in both fields (stage design realizations, and sometimes combined with stage painting for about 40 performances in Spain, France, Portugal, constant cooperation with the largest theater festivals in the world) is also a teacher, including a professor and head of the department of costume design at the Faculty of Theater Arts at the Royal High School of Dramatic Arts in Madrid. Last year, Małgorzata Żak opened her doctoral dissertation at the Faculty of Painting of the Academy of Fine Arts in Krakow. The exhibition in Piano Nobile is part of the doctoral dissertation, the defense of which preceded the vernissage.
